Caravan Health’s Accountable Care Symposium is the most innovative and influential event in population-based payment models, and will convene hundreds of healthcare leaders from across the country to address the most pressing concerns of population health today. To accommodate participants who are unable to attend in person, Caravan Health will livestream both days of the general sessions from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. MT on December 6 and 7, 2017.
The livestream will feature all mainstage sessions including an opening keynote from Caravan Health Founder and CEO, Lynn Barr, MPH, policy expertise from Caravan Health Vice President of Strategy and former CMS Chief of Staff, Tim Gronniger, MPP, MHSA, and strategies for physician alignment from Caravan Health Chief Medical Officer, Anna Loengard, MD. On day two, participants will learn how to thrive under MACRA as part of a Track 1 ACO, initiatives to crack the MIPS code with Advancing Care Information, and how to sustainably improve the opioid epidemic in their community.
“We are offering two full days of the most innovative programming in population health management,” said Lynn Barr. “We want everyone to have the opportunity to learn the strategies they need to transform their healthcare system in 2018 and ultimately, control their destiny for years to come.”
